the oversight of their school or teacher at all times.

- To allow teachers to review student writing alongside the AI feedback it received, helping teachers identify specific areas of difficulty (such as verb tenses and conjugation patterns).
- To show teachers student progress and growth trends over time using feedback analytics.
-
To deduct class seats or usage credits when feedback is generated.
Who Can See Student Data
- The student's own teacher and school administrators.
- The student themselves when using their class code.
-
VisioLang staff only as needed for support or debugging.
Student data is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Data Storage & Retention
Class codes, seat codes, and submissions are stored securely and are
accessible only to authorized school/teacher accounts tied to the class.
- Student writing is stored for up to 14 days to allow teacher review, then automatically cleared.
- Feedback summaries and analytics (error patterns, growth trends) are retained for up to 365 days so teachers and students can track progress over time.
- District administrators can customize retention periods through their governance settings.
